We create for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, brand activations, galas, fundraisers, private parties, and social celebrations. The sky is the limit! Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, we love collaborating on experiences that prioritize thoughtful design and memorable details.

Our rental minimum is $2,500 for weddings and $1,500 for other events.

On average, clients spend $2,000-$3,000 for a single large-scale display, and between $5,000-$10,000 for multiple installations.

We’ll provide you detailed pricing once we understand:

• The number, size, and complexity of the installations and displays you need

• The materials required to achieve the desired look

• Whether we’ll be using pieces from our existing collections or creating something new

Our fees include design, fabrication, on-site installation, and retrieval after your event is over.

No, our pieces are professionally built, delivered, installed, and removed by our team. Many of our structures are large, heavy, and designed to be assembled on-site, requiring specialized transportation, tools, and expertise to ensure they are safe and secure.

Our installations are customized rentals, not purchases. While pieces are tailored to your event through custom finishes, colors, graphics, and details, the underlying structures remain part of our inventory. After your event, we return to carefully remove the display and bring the pieces back to our studio.

We proudly serve all cities in the greater Seattle area. If your event is outside of our typical service area, we’d still love to hear about it—travel may be available depending on the scope of the project.

Earlier is always better, especially during peak wedding and event seasons. That said, we're always happy to accommodate last-minute projects when our schedule allows. Reach out and we'll check our schedule!
