We design and build our custom event rentals in-house so our clients have access to near-limitless customization, managing every step of the process from initial design to on-site assembly and takedown.

Our Process

Inquiry
Share your event vision with us, and we'll help identify custom, often interactive displays that create a cohesive and memorable guest experience from first arrival to final farewell.

Proposal
Following our conversation, you'll receive a custom proposal outlining the scope and cost for your project. Once your retainer is received, your date is officially reserved and the design process begins.

Design
Based on your event vision, we’ll create digital renderings so that you can imagine exactly how your displays and installations will look. You’ll have near-limitless choices of fonts, colors, and materials.

Refinements
Once you've reviewed your design renderings, we'll collaborate on any adjustments you may need. When it feels just right, you'll provide final approval and we'll move into production.

Construction
We build, paint, and finish each piece in-house here in Seattle. This ensures not only that the installation will perfectly match the approved design, but also that it meets our exacting quality and safety standards.

Installation
We’ll make sure each one of your fabrications is perfectly set up, without adding another task to your to-do list. And once the event winds down, we’ll return to take down and collect our pieces.
Investment
Our rental minimum for events is $1,500.
On average, our clients spend $2,000-$3,000 for a single large-scale display, and between $5,000-$10,000 for multiple installations.
We’ll provide you detailed pricing once we understand:
The number, size, and complexity of the installations and displays
The materials required to achieve the desired look
Whether we’ll be using pieces from our existing collections or creating something new
Our fees include design, fabrication, on-site installation, and retrieval after your event is over.
